Perhaps it was a miracle thanks to Padre Pio . At least that's what Felicia Vitiello says. A resident of Gragnano (near Naples) tells in a lengthy video recorded from the hospital how she was " born again " after being in a coma twice.
In such cases, it is always wise to exercise caution until a diocesan investigation confirms the incident. Nevertheless, what was to happen to thirty-two-year-old Felicia through the intercession of St. Padre Pio, sounds amazing.
"Doctors Couldn't Believe Their Eyes"
"It was a miracle," says the woman in the video, which has already had thousands of shares. “I started talking and moving right away. The doctors couldn't believe their eyes. I feel so good that I did my own hair and makeup” (Il Mattino , April 23).
In the video, Felicia talks in detail about what happened on April 10. She had been in the hospital in Castellammare di Stabia for two months. She underwent surgery, after which an infection set in. She did not respond to subsequent medications and her condition deteriorated rapidly. She fell into a coma once, and a few weeks later, again. Doctors lost hope of curing her.
And it was then that Felicia would see her body from above and hear Padre Pio telling her to come back to life to testify to her faith. There was a sudden awakening. To the amazement of the doctors and physiotherapists, the coma did not cause any damage.
Felicia recalls that she smelled roses when she woke up . A similar apparition of Padre Pio was also to take place when she was in a coma for the first time.

In a recording posted on Facebook on April 14, a woman talks about an alleged miracle through the intercession of St. Father Pio.
“After being rescued from my first coma and having a CT scan that confirmed my recovery, I fell into a coma again after a few weeks. I saw my soul leave my body and fly up into the sky. And at that moment I saw Padre Pio pull her back into her body.
Padre Pio told me to come back. He told me that I had been chosen to bear witness to the faith, to encourage non-believers and agnostics to pray. My sufferings and pleas helped me to testify to what I saw then (…). I also had a similar revelation during my first coma.”

“There is no medical explanation for this,” adds Felicia. – I have a moral duty to testify about this miracle, to lead people to faith and prayer. Now that's my mission. In my blood there is no trace of the infection that put me in a coma” (Stabia Channel, April 23).
