In the 15th century, there was an event that an image of Our Lady automatically flew from one place to another, and today the image of Mary is very famous for performing many miracles.
In a village on the outskirts of Rome, there was once a church built in honor of Our Lady of Good Counsel that was badly damaged. The villagers did not have the money to repair, so they could only pray and wait.
On April 25, 1467, just before the Mass for Saint Mark, the villagers witnessed a great miracle. They heard melodious music from above, and a white cloud glowed brightly. The cloud slowly descended and finally settled on the wall of the dilapidated church.
When the cloud dissipated, a picture of Our Lady appeared. Sick people who witnessed the scene were immediately healed. The miraculous image of Our Lady was immediately named after the church, Our Lady of Good Counsel. Since then, the image of Our Lady of Good Counsel has brought countless miracles of healing to those who invoked it.
Previously, this photo was venerated at a church in Albania. When a number of armies arrived, it was feared that the church would be destroyed and the sacred image desecrated. At that time, two men witnessed the image of the Virgin Mary automatically rising from the mount on the church wall and floating in the sky. They followed the photograph to Rome, when the photograph disappeared.
After much searching, it was finally discovered that the image of Our Lady of Disappearance in Albania was in fact the same photograph that had appeared in the church of Our Lady of Good Counsel in ancient Rome.
Until now, the picture has been widely popularized and adored by believers all over the world. An incalculable number of miracles have been brought about by the intercession of the Virgin Mary under the title of Our Lady of Good Counsel.
