Once upon a time, there were two monks of St. Francis who had difficulty crossing the sea to the country of Frandria, when they encountered a storm, the ship was broken. The 300 people in the ship sank and drowned, and the two monks who sewed the board grabbed hold of it and floated on the water for 3 days and 3 nights. Waves in the middle of the sea are constantly bouncing back and forth, going up and down forever, knowing how those two monks were terrified and scared to death?
But the two teachers were not discouraged, but with firm hope, together fervently cried out to Saint Joseph, asking him to save them.
The two monks did not hope in vain, because on the third day, when the two monks were exhausted, they saw a good and majestic old man appear on the top of the board, comforted them from fear, took his hand again. push the board into the sand saying:
- I am Saint Joseph, because we have reverence for you, then I will hear your prayers. So from now on we must constantly meditate on my seven pains and joys, then we will receive many blessings.
After saying these many words, Saint Joseph disappeared.
The two monks knelt down on the sand to praise and thank Saint Joseph with all their hearts, then went home and told this strange story to the whole Congregation.
